The project is fundamentally about people who need to find peace to be able to fend for themselves again.

The housing units are a housing facility for vulnerable people and early retirees. The building is staffed 24 hours a day and the staff has an office at the main entrance as well as a sleeping area and toilet/bathroom.

Residents' facilities include a large dining and living room with the possibility of various activities, as well as a large room for gymnastics, fitness and yoga, a workshop with storage and a room for computers with a printer.

The accommodation units have several furnishing options and all have direct access to the terrain.
