Construction of sustainable and versatile homes with a central stair tower so that the floors can adapt to hilly terrain in both directions and minimize blasting. The homes are designed with a special focus on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions.
The homes are well insulated and the stairwell is equipped with ventilation powered by solar cells, which utilize the heat to ventilate and heat the basement, and there is also preparation for a Genvex system.
Environmentally friendly wood is used in the balconies, which are also maintenance-free in galvanized steel, ensuring drainage, bracing and shelter.
The construction is primarily made of concrete covered with a climate shield of environmentally friendly, colored fiber cement or sinus boards that require minimal maintenance.
The buildings are Qarsoq Housing System 234X, which is continuously developed and adapted to orientation, terrain and city.
