The 6 staff housing units will be constructed with 4 3V and 2 4V.

The housing system is a further development of Qarsoq nukik©, in a light wooden construction that can be erected in cities and settlements without large crane facilities and has been named Illuugiit© as the homes can be established in pairs of 2-4-6-8, etc.

The characteristic wing-shaped staircase has a centrally located common technical room with optimal piping for all homes and also ensures unhindered access to all apartments.

The plans are contemporary and compact but can be furnished and offer good spatial experiences.
