Businesses and homes in Nuukullak in Nuuk in the old, loosely built industrial area, which is now changing character and becoming more urban.

The building body opens to the south, allowing the corridor to receive light and a view of the fjord at the end of Nuukullak. The corridor ensures important social contact and creates a good framework for life in the building.

The ground floor has 4 good commercial spaces, technical and common rooms.
The 1st and 2nd floors each contain 10 homes, which with inserted balconies create a lively facade play. On the first floor there is a large common deck for playing and relaxing. Under the building, a parking garage for businesses and homes as well as housing depots will be built. The large common roof terrace enjoys a view over the fjord towards Hundeøen.
