The Greenland Self-Government's classic and characterful standard house Illorput 2025 has been developed for the special Greenlandic conditions for more than 25 years.

There are four different sizes of the standard house and it is possible to start with the basic model and gradually expand to the largest type.

Gross areas
Type 1: 67 m² With centrally located technical facilities and bathroom.
Type 2: 92 m² Standard extension with bedroom and larger living room.
Type 3: 88 m² Standard extension with two extra rooms.
Type 4: 114 m² Fully developed with both standard extensions.

The house is designed to be built both in cities and in rural areas.
The installations can be carried out with all known product series and adapted to the geographical location.

The construction is based on well-known principles and the materials are suitable for the special Greenlandic conditions. Self-builders can get descriptions and drawings in both Greenlandic and Danish.

to the latest regulations regarding energy frameworks and the new
building regulations 2025.

The old floor plan has been continued with small adjustments and the facades have been tightened up so that the architecture is a classic Greenlandic type house.
