ILLUMINATED
Gas station
Developer: Tankeeraq/Brdr. Bagger
Project: Gas station
Location: Ilulissat, Greenland
Phase: Not realized
Project for new Tankeeraq in Ilulissat. The design is based on a triangular folding principle, which ensures great strength in the construction and creates a solid and floating expression. The construction is assembled from elements in galvanized steel and drained via electrically traced columns.
The tank has two BMP 522.SCD double-stands with petrol and diesel, and one BMP 511.SD stand with kerosene, all from Tatsuno Europe. The payment stand is a Logos PaySys UXL with a trilingual version in Greenlandic, Danish and English. The three stands stand on a slab with a continuous drainage grate.
In addition to fuel stations, the project included electric charging stations and a self-service car wash, one-way from Mathias Storchsvej to Kuunguarsuk. The hall ends the fuel station and the car wash is an Istobal Flex 5 with a Logos PaySys UXL payment station.
In addition to a new location between Mathias Storchsvej and Kuunguarsuk, the project includes a proposal to the municipality for a roundabout to regulate speed and avoid traffic jams.
