The 3 buildings with nukik© homes are located to the southwest with open sheds for bicycles and kayaks that create spaces between the buildings.

The wing staircases of the Nukik© homes lead to common technical rooms with individual outbuildings equipped with sinks. The entrance to each home is covered, protected from rain and snow.

The facades of the buildings are made of solid-colored, white fiber cement boards with additions to outbuildings and technical rooms in heat-treated larch or pine. The building will be bright and welcoming, and balconies on the ground floor have stairs to the ground floor. Roof overhangs ensure optimal ventilation of the roof for better durability.

The boat bridge provides easy access for loading and unloading dinghies and utility boats, as well as handling kayaks.

The open bike sheds provide active spaces between the buildings. They stand on rock anchors with raised facades so that wind and blowing snow can pass through. There is space here for bikes, kayaks, snow scooters, sledges and possibly a stroller.

Gross area per building with 4 3V and common technical room is 341 m²
